Who is asking

What is collected

When you register for the free conversation or book a call: your full name, designation, company or organisation, email address and phone number; the time you agreed to this notice; whether you ticked the optional box to receive updates; when you last visited and how many times; whether you have used the free conversation; and, for a booking, the topic, any message you write, and the time you chose.

When you pay for a session: Stripe takes your payment on its own page. Card details never reach this site.

Why it is collected

• To give each person one free conversation with Aizen, and stop it being repeated.
• To arrange, confirm and remind Marques and you about a booked call, and to know who he is speaking with.
• To reply to you. If you ticked the optional box, to send you an occasional note about his work. Not otherwise.

Your details are not sold, rented or shared for anyone else’s marketing.

Where it is kept, and who can see it

Registrations and bookings are written to a private Google Sheet and Google Calendar in Marques’s own Google account. Only Marques can open them. Google runs those services, and its servers may be outside Malaysia. Google also sends your calendar invitation and reminder email. This site is hosted by Vercel, which handles your details in transit while the site passes them on.

What is not stored

What you type to Aizen is sent to an AI provider so it can write the replies. This site does not keep the conversation. Please do not put passwords, identity numbers or confidential details about other people into it.

How long

Records are kept only as long as they are needed for the purposes above, and Marques reviews and clears old ones at least once a year. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time. Deleting your free-conversation record means the free conversation could be used again.

Your choices

You can ask to see the details held about you, to correct them, to withdraw your consent, or to have them deleted. Write to the address above and Marques will reply. You do not have to register, and you can always reach him by email or WhatsApp instead. Marques handles personal data with the principles of Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 in mind.

Cookies and stored settings

One first-party cookie, aizen_free, remembers on this browser that a free conversation has been used today. Your browser also keeps, for convenience, a short-lived proof that you registered and the details you typed, so you need not retype them. Clear your site data at any time to remove them. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, the new version will be shown here with its date. This is version 1, from 21 September 2026.
